Systems Administrator - Outdefine PartnerLocation: San Francisco, CA, USAJob Type: Full Time ContractCompensation: $50 - $52 /hr (USD)About the JobOverview:

• Ensure effective service management and support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.
• Ensure continual knowledge management.
• Adhere to organizational guidelines and processes.
• Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in Starburst Presto Application administration.
• Basic knowledge of Azure, AKS - Azure Kubernetes services, and Docker.
• Experience in converting business requirements into technical concepts.
• Good knowledge of ITIL framework & service management.
• Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those.
• Analyze data and present findings through reports that aid decision-making.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timelines to accomplish tasks.
• Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models.
• Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scripts and perform detailed analytics.
• Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems.
• Create customized charts and calculations as per requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs.
• Perform SQL querying for best results, using filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
• Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions.
• Build good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues.Mandatory Experience:
• Perform support based on established best practice methods of project operations guidelines.
• ITIL fundamentals.
• Service management.
