Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Lead to oversee the
development process and provide technical guidance to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality
software solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and
develop technical solutions
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding
standards and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field
Proven experience (5+ years) in software development with expertise
in programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern
DevOps practices is a plus
