HPC Systems Administrator

Job Description:

A company is looking for a HPC Systems Administrator for a full-time, remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a Linux-based clustered computing environment (preferably RedHat and CentOS)
Oversee storage systems running GPFS and assist users with troubleshooting and debugging
Upgrade incoming projects and understand interdependencies across the environment

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required
Experience with Linux-based clustered computing and server support (RedHat, CentOS)
Programming skills in Bash, Python, Perl, and R
Experience with InfiniBand network support and cloud services, particularly Azure
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance regulations and job scheduling tools like LSF or Slurm
