Position Overview Sesterce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team in San Francisco. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills and a passion for technology and innovation. Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of technology, preferably in the fields of sustainable computing, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience working in the technology industry and familiarity with the San Francisco market is a plus.
