You understand that leading a school is about more than just operations-it's about nurturing relationships, inspiring growth, and ensuring every child feels safe and supported. You'll be at the heart of our school community, partnering with educators and families to create a warm, enriching environment where children flourish.What You'll Do:

• Guide and support a team of dedicated Montessori educators, helping them grow in their practice.
• Welcome new families and nurture relationships to create a strong, connected school community.
• Ensure program quality, uphold Montessori principles, and maintain compliance with California's Community Care Licensing Division.
• Work closely with leadership to expand our impact and bring more families into our community.This role is for a leader who is committed, collaborative, and driven. • A strong leader with at least two years of experience in a childcare setting and at least one year as an assistant director or director.
• A team builder with excellent communication skills-you know how to connect with staff, parents, and children alike.
• Someone who understands the importance of consistency, emotional security, and community in early childhood education.
