Manage day to day warehouse operations and be a working hands on
Manager. MUST MOTIVATE EMPLOYEES!
Previous warehouse management experience
Must be forklift certified
Handle product Shipping and Receiving
Build strong relationships with both internal and external
clients
Develop relationships with staff to ensure optimal production
through training and development
Responsible for all business growth, Customer needs and on time
production
Build pricing structures that are market competitive
Prepare monthly management reports for management
Responsible for hiring, developing and mentoring of employees
Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:
4 yr. degree preferred - experience accepted
5 years' management experience We are an equal employment
