analytics leader, you will play a key role in driving our analytics
strategy to build a seamless, omni-channel experience for our
customers. Docusign is transforming its digital experience to
improve customer experience and reduce friction to achieve customer
outcomes. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will use data to
shape the growth and product roadmap, measure and benchmark
success, and continuously build, optimize, and enable the
self-serve customer journey. You'll collaborate closely with
analysts, data scientists, product managers, and other
cross-functional partners to deeply understand the customer journey
and enhance experiences across all channels. Your success will stem
from your ability to be a trusted advisor, creative problem-solver,
and strategic thinker who can also dive deep into data to produce
structured, detailed analysis and insights. You'll address complex
challenges, delivering both high-level insights and granular
analyses to meet diverse business needs. With a strong blend of
analytical skills, technical proficiency, and business sense,
you'll excel in influencing and partnering with cross-functional
teams to drive growth and elevate customer experience.Our ideal

a leading analytics and data science tech stack.This position is an
individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth
Analytics.Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies to
optimize the self-serve customer journey across all channels
- Shape the growth and product roadmap by identifying high-impact
data-driven opportunities, setting measurement frameworks, and
driving prioritization in collaboration with product managers and
leadership
- Partner with a diverse set of cross-functional partners across
Growth, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Sales, Finance and
others to align on goals, identify requirements, and ensure a
cohesive approach to achieving customer outcomes
- Conduct in-depth analyses of the end-to-end customer journey,
identifying problems and opportunities for growth, efficiency, and
improved customer satisfaction
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics to executive
leadership, highlighting successes, identifying risks, and
recommending proactive solutions
- Apply advanced analytical techniques (e.g., predictive
modeling, customer segmentation, LTV analysis) to understand
customer behavior, forecast outcomes, and inform strategic
initiatives
- Mentor and coach to other analysts, fostering a high standard
of analytical rigor, critical thinking, and technical skillsWhat
you bringBasic
- 12+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data
science, or consulting
- 8+ years of SQL experience with hands-on exposure to creating
complex queries across multiple database schemas
- 8+ years hands-on experience in A/B testing and
experimentation
- 8+ years of experience creating data visualization dashboards
in Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent
- Experience in at least one programming language (e.g., R,
Python, Scala/Spark or Perl)
- Experience with applied statistics, such as statistical
testing, regression modeling, etc.
- Domain experience in either Marketing Analytics or Product
AnalyticsPreferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the
ability to present complex data analysis, insights, and
recommendations to senior leadership
- MBA or Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics,
CS or related field
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with statistical
testing such as A/B, multivariate, and Bayesian testing
- Comfortable with loosely defined requirements where you
exercise your analytical skills to collaborate with the rest of the
cross functional teams to build solutionsWage TransparencyPay for
this position is based on a number of factors including geographic
location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details
pay ranges in the following locations:California: $171,500.00 -
$277,025.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity
