• Giving amazing customer service to our onsite operation by scanning/delivering/tracking/reporting in and outgoing business packages and mail (via UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc).
• Assisting the onsite personnel in retrieving their packages and providing records management in person, by email, by phone, or similar methods.
• Oversee the onsite business center, which may include: office supply stocking, assisting with copy/print orders, conference room setup, pantry inventory, light facilities, or serving as a backup to receptionist.What we need from you:
  • 1+ year experience in shipping & receiving, mailroom, retail, or office services.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
  • Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) associated with the job - lifting, bending, etc.
  • To be able to work both independently and in a team setting successfully.
  • The capability to use/learn technology such as: handheld scanners, email, professional messaging (Teams, Slack, Google).
