Join us in shaping the future of AI and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in video generation.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our CEO to execute major strategic initiatives and streamline core business operations. As one of our first business hires, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the operational foundation of Genmo, driving growth and ensuring the seamless execution of projects across the company.Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of key projects across growth, go-to-market strategies, marketing, product launches, and office management.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement processes to enhance productivity, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee operations including facilities, supercomputing, AI tutor labeling and more.
• Work closely with research, engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other initiatives to expand our developer platform and user community.
• Document operational processes and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Step in wherever needed to drive projects forward, solve complex problems, and support the team's success.Qualifications
• 5+ years in business operations, management consulting, or a related role with a strong track record of execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; clear thinker and crisp communicator.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage stress, and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Direct communication style with the ability to work closely with executive leadership.
• Willingness to work onsite at our San Francisco office 5 days a week.Ideal Candidate Will Have
• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Previous experience in a high-growth, blitzscaling startup environment.
• Understanding of AI, technology, or a related technical field.
• An extroverted and approachable demeanor that fosters strong relationships.
• Ideal candidates will have a "run towards the fire" attitude.
• Experience in private equity or venture capital is a plus.Additional InformationThe role is based in the Bay Area (San Francisco).
