P&C Insurance QA

Job Responsibilities:

Strong experience in manual testing, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
Automation experience is preferred, but the primary focus is on extensive manual testing.
Insurance domain knowledge is highly desired, with experience in P&C Insurance or Life Insurance being a plus.
Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Expertise in using test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or TestRail.
Ability to analyze business requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or REST Assured is a plus.
Understanding of SQL queries to validate data integrity in databases.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
