everyone automate the web.About the RoleBrowserbase is seeking an
experienced Demand Generation expert to lead our enterprise lead
generation strategy. In this role, you'll develop and execute
comprehensive demand generation campaigns that drive high-quality
enterprise leads and sign-ups. You'll own the full marketing
lifecycle from initial awareness through sales handoff,
collaborating across teams to create a seamless prospect journey
that delivers measurable business results.This is our first Demand
Gen hire and second marketer! Bonus points if you can also tackle
other Marketing responsibilities and have done zero to one work
before.Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end demand generation
campaigns targeting enterprise prospects.
- Own the marketing lifecycle strategy, including email nurture
programs, webinars, and targeted content campaigns.
- Partner closely with sales to develop lead qualification
criteria and seamless handoff processes.
- Collaborate with digital marketing and growth teams to create
integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Develop and manage the demand generation budget to maximize
ROI.
- Build and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to track
campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics to continuously optimize lead
generation efforts.
- Implement lead scoring and nurturing strategies to improve
conversion rates.
- Stay current with B2B marketing trends and best practices to
evolve our approach.Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
- Proven track record of designing successful enterprise lead
generation campaigns.
- Experience managing email marketing programs and marketing
automation platforms with new ways to use AI and automation.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and enterprise
buying processes.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign measurement and
optimization.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage
multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Why you
