Location: Pleasanton, CA 94588 (Hybrid)

Rates: $60/hr - $68/hr

Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Lead to support transformational initiatives within Workday's Global Procurement Organization.
This individual will be key in ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and structures.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in change management methodologies, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams through complex global transitions.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and iterate change management plans aligned with global procurement transformation strategy
Monitor team sentiment and identify potential change adoption issues
Coach and support leaders and managers to lead their teams through change
Create and deliver engaging, clear communication and training materials
Analyze feedback and data to assess change initiative effectiveness
Proactively support teams experiencing challenges during transitions

Basic Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in change management
Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, or relevant field
Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments (SaaS preferred)
Proven success leading large-scale organizational transformation projects
Strong grasp of change management methodologies
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Experience monitoring and responding to team sentiment
Skilled in developing training and communication content

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Change Management (e.g., SSGI, CCMP, etc.)
Experience in Procurement or Procurement Transformation
