What You'll Do
As an Electrical Engineer, you'll draw on your strong engineering,
mathematical and analytic skills to develop, improve, and advance
the technologies of the future. Your technical skills will be
tested as you analyze and interpret electrical data, conduct

About Our Program
Our Electrical Engineer Development Program provides training on
routine assignments under the guidance of senior engineers. You
will develop competence in the role by performing structured work
assignments while using existing procedures to solve both routine
and standard problems. Electrical Engineers work with a range of
technologies, including Plasma Physics, Automation & Control
Systems, Motion Control, Power Distribution & RF power generation
and delivery components as well as PCB analog & digital circuit
design.

U.S. Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $136,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on
multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal
equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive
benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of
compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award
program, as applicable.
