Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10M square feet across 18 states.POSITIONThe ActivTrak Consultant will be responsible for advising the company on all matters of productivity tool tracking and ActivTrak. This is not meant to be a full-time role. The role is crucial to our productivity tool operations and company efficiency.LOCATIONRemoteRESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and process data from the company's ActivTrak logs.
• Enhance the current productivity dashboard or create a new one to monitor and rank employees across departments.
• Develop employee insight reports for manager-employee coaching.
• Create a method to track in-person and travel-based meetings to optimize productivity.
• Identify limitations and gaps in current monitoring, especially off-site activities.
• Recommend areas for improvement with employee productivity.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Thorough knowledge of ActivTrak. No substitutes - ActivTrak only.
  • Experience with MS Analytics
  • Presentation skills
