ChainPlanning, forecasting and allocating product are the crucial
first steps in the product's journey to our clients. It takes
analytical, strategic, and results-oriented inventory management
professionals to build our brand partnerships, forecast client
behaviors and optimize inventory levels across our network.

Sephora:As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for
optimizing Sephora's Supply Chain by acting as a subject matter
expert on Inventory Management and Logistics. You will leverage
Expertise, Teamwork, and Innovation to lead cross-functional
projects, analysis, and executive level communications to improve
operational efficiency and support company objectives / growth.In
addition, you will:
- Drive process optimization and performance in the areas of
Forecasting, Replenishment, Allocation, Newness, and overall
Inventory Planning.
- Determine and outline business process improvements.
- Coordinate business process improvement strategies with
internal stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects related to the implementation of business
process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and document all process changes related to our SAP
migration.
- Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes
and adjust as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to drive data decision making for the
leadership team.
- Support talent development by knowledge sharing, coaching, and
managing in projects.
- Support strategic initiatives to drive sales and improve
inventory efficiencies.

- 8-12 years of experience in Supply Chain or related field.
- Big-picture mindset and long-term strategic thinking
experience.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and task management
skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; approachable and flexible.
- Ability to successfully work across multiple levels of an
organization.
- Clear and concise written, verbal, and presentation
skills.
- Advanced expertise with Excel applications (interactive excel,
macros) is a plus.
- Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing,
and customer service-oriented.The annual base salary range for this
position is $128,435.00 - $143,545.00. The actual base salary
offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as
applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years
of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of
education attained; certifications or other professional licenses
held; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors
specific to the position. Individuals employed in this position may
also be eligible to earn bonuses. Sephora offers a generous
