We're seeking an ambitious SDR who will play a pivotal role in
driving our sales and growth objectives. This hybrid role is split
between nurturing inbound leads and pre-qualifying outbound leads,
helping create a pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. As
the first point of contact, you'll thrive in a fast-paced
environment, be eager to learn, grow, and develop, and enjoy being
a team player who wears multiple hats. Salary Range: $54,000 -
$89,000 Variable Comp: $12,000 - $34,000 You'll Be Doing
- Research and target potential clients to create targeted
outbound strategies.
- Contact prospects via email, phone, and social media to
introduce our services and set up meetings.
- Qualify leads and assess the potential for business
opportunities.
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns,
website inquiries, and events.
- Maintain a timely and professional response cadence to nurture
leads through the buyer's journey.
- Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant information
for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless
transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
- Track and manage prospect interactions and updates in our CRM
system.
- Stay informed about Bitcoin trends and market developments to
communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Target Achievement :
- Meet and exceed set targets for lead generation and sales
meetings.
- Design conversation templates and talk tracks that drive

methodology
- Learn the basics of the SDR function and our expectations for
your role.
- Meet the sales team and other cross-functional partners and
stakeholders
- Learn the basics of how to structure a sales conversation
- 2 Months
- Design conversation templates and talk tracks
- Identify target companies for sales opportunities
- Begin qualifying prospects and handling discovery
calls/emails
- Skillfully handle common objections and reinforce our value
proposition and messaging
- 3 Months
- Be fully ramped and hit or exceed the quota
- Develop a pipe/funnel for our sales team
- Attend weekly 1:1's with your manager to continue developing
your career
- 12 months
- Continually hit or exceed quota
- Mentor and support incoming SDRs
- Align on career development opportunities within the
organization We're Looking For
- High energy, proactive, go-getter mentality and personality
with a passion for sales
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, with a
track record of achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to engage
prospects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency space is a
plus.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced
environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is
preferred.
- Track and report on marketing performance, providing regular
