Closer (Inbound Sales Rep), you'll play a key role in helping us
reach more patients by turning inbound, scheduled calls into new
patient onboarding.Your main responsibilities will include closing
high-intent calls and managing your pipeline of leads. You'll be
great at building trust with potential patients, skilled at guiding
them to take the next step, and have the perseverance to keep
going.You'll also have the chance to improve our team's sales
playbook and share valuable customer insights with the rest of the
team. We want you to continuously help us refine our approach so we
can grow effectively together.This is a chance to help build an
outstanding sales team for a company experiencing rapid growth. If
you're the best on the team and have strong core skills, you'll be
on a path to lead Revero's entire sales team. You'll work closely
with our Head of Operations and our CEO.This role is fully remote,
and you'll work in the US timezone that suits
you.Responsibilities
- Close booked calls: You'll have a calendar filled with
scheduled calls from warm leads who have signed up on our waitlist
and completed our onboarding form. Your role will be to listen
attentively to these potential patients, build trust, and guide
them toward becoming new patients during the call.
- Close conversion calls: You'll also set up calls with patients
who signed up on the waitlist but haven't completed our onboarding
form. Your role will be to listen attentively to these potential
patients, build trust, and guide them toward becoming new
patients.
- Nurture your pipeline: You'll manage your own sales pipeline.
This involves following up consistently after calls, reaching out
via email to potential patients who haven't yet made a decision,
and addressing any concerns with understanding and empathy. You'll
effectively prioritize your tasks within your pipeline.
- Handle daily team and administrative tasks: This includes
updating your sales projections, keeping your tracking sheets
organized, and maintaining our CRM system.
- Improve the sales playbook: You'll be constantly refining your
own sales techniques and continuously helping to improve the team's
overall sales approach so we can grow effectively. You'll regularly
review call recordings to identify what's working well and what can
be improved. You'll fine-tune your sales scripts and rethink our
value propositions.
- Share your customer insights: Since you'll be spending a lot of
time with potential patients, you'll gather valuable insights that
you'll share with the entire team. You'll provide thoughtful ideas
on how to improve the sales funnel for better conversions, suggest
potential changes to customer segments and value propositions, and
offer product recommendations to better align with what patients
want.Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year in sales, with a minimum of 6
months in call-based sales.
- Language: You speak English fluently.
- Closing Skills: You know how to convert potential patients into
paying ones, moving swiftly but with care. You understand when to
prioritize a lead and when it's best to move on.
- Resilience: Sales can be challenging. You have the
determination to close even the toughest patients and the drive to
improve the process when needed.
- Metrics-Driven: You're focused on your numbers (like no-show
rates, first-call close rates, overall close rates, conversion call
close rates, and upsell rates). You avoid fluff and zero in on what
truly works.
- Empathy: You genuinely care about patients' challenges and want
to help them. You're skilled at asking the right questions,
listening attentively, and building trust.
- Sales Theory: You have a solid understanding of sales
strategies and are comfortable switching between different
techniques depending on the customer and their objections.
- Pipeline Management: You're organized and can effectively
manage a complex pipeline of interested leads.Nice-to-Haves
- D2C Sales Experience: Ideally, you have experience with D2C
phone sales, especially in a health-related field.
- Direct Response Skills: It would be great if you're a strong
copywriter, capable of identifying true value propositions and
phrasing them effectively.
- Marketing Knowledge: Having some knowledge and interest in D2C
digital marketing would be a plus, allowing you to contribute to
improvements across the entire marketing funnel.
