Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Meat Department team at Whole Foods Market as a Butcher and Meat Cutter. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and displaying meat products, as well as providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

• Cutting and Preparing Meat Products: Cut, trim, and package meat products to meet customer needs and maintain quality standards.
• Meat Display and Merchandising: Display and merchandise meat products in a visually appealing way to attract customers and drive sales.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about meat products.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving and storing meat products, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to a wide range of products.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a meat department or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent cutting and trimming skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong customer service skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Working Conditions:
    • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
