Then we are looking for you as an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)!

• You are responsible for the active generation, qualification and support of leads.
• You identify decision-makers, support prospects and build customer relationships.
• You are responsible for the implementation of lead generation campaigns as well as reporting in the CRM system.
• You support the development of content to address customers.
• You make appointments for our key account managers.
• You work closely with our international sales and marketing team.Your profile
  • You have already gained professional experience in comparable sales or customer service functions, ideally in the software or technology industry.
  • You are confident in using sales methods such as BANT and CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Service orientation, empathy and the ability to understand customer needs are among your strengths.
  • You are characterized by a high degree of self-organization and strong communication skills.
