A company is looking for a L&D Development Expert - Channel
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the portfolio management process, including needs assessment
and continuous improvement of learning solutions
Design and implement training programs to enhance channel sellers'
sales and negotiation skills
Manage project plans and monitor results to achieve operational and
financial goals
Required Qualifications
First level university degree; advanced degree preferred
Solid experience in a sales training development role
In-depth knowledge of channel training and sales processes
Experience managing large projects and working with
cross-functional teams
Expertise in project management and process development
