Job Description:
Monogoto is a cloud-based and API-driven global cellular
connectivity provider, implementing secure Internet of Things (IoT)
connectivity and Private 5G and LTE networks. The company offers an
Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution for the IoT industry
and enterprise companies. This role reports to the Director of
Sales Development and the Vice President of Sales. You will work
closely with our Business Development, Account Executive, and
Marketing teams to uncover new sales/business opportunities and
help drive revenue for Monogoto. This individual will be
responsible for proactive outbound appointment setting focused on
our target markets. This position will have a direct impact on our
success by providing qualifying prospects from lead status into the
opportunity stage. Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound lead generation (Cold
Calling, Email, and Social selling).
- Uncover prospect needs, generate interest, and secure
commitment to a meeting with Monogoto.
- Log, track, and provide disposition for each qualified
lead.
- Meet or exceed accepted lead targets and other metrics set by
management.
- Learn and use prospect database tools such as LinkedIn Sales
Navigator and ZoomInfo, Hubspot, and other sales enablement
tools.
- Develop and maintain effective work-relationships with the
Sales Team.
- Learn and understand the complex IoT industry and competitive
positioning in order to become an industry expert on our market,
customer base, and ICP to maximize sales for Monogoto.
- Learn, develop, and demonstrate strong selling and influencing
skills. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant inbound and outbound
sales experience.
- Prior experience working with CRM (Hubspot preferred), and
other sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
ZoomInfo, etc.
- Resilient, driven, and positive personality.
- Must possess a strong, clear voice filled with energy and
passion.
- Ability to read, connect, and influence people.
- Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced work
environment.
- A talent for moving fast, both when a customer has an immediate
need, and on solving bigger problems in a timely manner.
- The ability to take broad goals and turn them into specific
plans, working through obstacles, and making good decisions along
the way.
- Must be able to adapt communication style to the target
audience and a passion for determining what your customers need to
ensure Monogoto delivers phenomenal experiences at every
touchpoint.
- Openness to focusing on outbound activities while you learn the
business and ramp into the role.
- Have a strong technical aptitude and the ability to rapidly
learn and grasp the intricacies of the wireless communications and
internet sectors.
- Able to be coached, with the capacity to learn and excel in the
advanced sales skills needed to succeed in a competitive and
complex technology environment.
- Eagerness to continue to learn and grow, at any stage of your
