Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Instructional
Designer to develop and maintain training materials for sales
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of eLearning modules
and performance support tools
Collaborate with product marketing and internal operations teams to
ensure training materials are current
Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make
data-driven improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales enablement and/or instructional design
experience
Extensive experience using eLearning creation tools such as
Articulate Rise and Adobe Creative Suite
Proven ability to develop structured content according to
established frameworks
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret learning activity
data
History of working independently in a fast-paced environment with
competing priorities
