This senior level position primarily focuses on small-market business opportunities with the goal of assessing customer needs and designing solutions for access control, fire, life safety, monitoring and security services within our AAA Smart Business portfolio.

Conduct site visits with clients, design, and the project management teams. Give system demos utilizing on-line or smart device apps. Manage/close company leads through a consultative sales approach
Create new business opportunities through new and existing clients. Attend networking events, association events and others trade organized events. Keep current on AHJ and other governing municipality requirements to ensure compliance. Maintain trackers daily and weekly for client progress and sales status. Attend weekly sales meeting
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Manage and plan daily and weekly schedule and workload to deliver on sales goals
4+ years experience in a sales representative role
Experience in the area of security, fire, access control and video sales is a plus
Self-motivated to work independently in field 80% of time and 20% of time in cold calling and pre-scheduling appointments. We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $72,253.
